Executive Coaching

Jonty Hearnden's passion for executive coaching stems from his many years experiences as a television presenter and his thirty years involvement in the Art and Antiques industry. He has managed auction rooms, owned highly successful antique dealerships and in 2007 became consultant editor to Miller's Publications. He can be seen on BBC television sharing his knowledge, natural enthusiasm and expertise on flag ship shows such as "The Antiques Road Show" and "Cash in the Attic" becoming one of the most familiar faces on the subject of antiques on our screens.

Jonty started his journey into coaching after meeting the highly respected and successful executive coaches Patricia Bossons and Denis Sartain and was invited to train at Henley Business School under the tutorlidge of Alison Hardingham.

"Most if not all the television presenting I have undertaken has required me to get the best out of individuals and to make them feel and perform as well as they possibly can, often at short notice and within difficult time constraints.

I have the passion to help people to achieve their potential and help them believe in themselves whatever their circumstances or situation because out of adversity can come strength and self determination. Coaching can not only help an individual it can help whole groups of people. It is positive and forward looking and can be applied to many work place situations."

In 2010 Patricia Bossons, PhD, MSc, BA (hons), Chartered Psychologist, MBP Denis Sartain and Jonty Hearnden joined together to form a dynamic new coaching partnership.
